Tropical Prawn Ceviche

The citrus, mango, and watermelon in this Tropical Prawn Ceviche entrée perfectly balance each other’s tang and sweetness. It also makes for a lighter overall flavour profile to counter the heaviness of the prawns.

Transfer the prawns into a serving dish leaving the cooking juice aside for later.

Mix the prawns with mango, watermelon, avocado, dill, and chili.

Garnish with salt and pepper and lime zest.

Drizzle the cooking juice over the dish.

  • 4 limes, zested and juiced
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 medium-sized chili (not the hot kind), deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 mango, chopped into the tiniest of cubes
