INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, very finely diced
  • 1 cup peaches (fresh or frozen are fine)
  • 2 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 coconut or water kefir (or whole milk kefir if casein is not a problem)
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1/4 cup organic blueberries
