  • 1/2 Cup Gluten Free bread crumbs
  • 3 Teaspoons Chai seeds to boost protein & good fats!
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Zucchini
  • Teaspoon Diced Spring Onions
  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • 2 cups Mashed Sweet Potato (Mixed w coconut milk & organic butter)

METHOD

1.

Mix ingredients together with hands in a bowl till it comes together

2.

Form into small circles (chose your size)

3.

Heat a pan with coconut oil and add the patties

4.

Cook on a medium heat for a few minutes then flip over and brown the other side

5.

Serve with homemade guacamole (avocado, lime juice, coriander & diced red onion)

6.

Enjoy!
