Cauliflower Mash

Cauliflower Mash is not just GAPS diet-friendly — it’s also a great way to cut down on carbohydrates in general and add more fibre to your kids’ diet. Sprinkle chives, leeks, toasted garlic, or toasted onions on top, and drizzle a bit of ghee or olive oil.
