  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • Oil for frying

METHOD

1.

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl until well combined. Roll or press the mixture together with your hands to form small to medium-sized patties.

2.

Heat up the oil in the frying pan on medium high, and cook the patties on each side until they begin to brown, then flip and cook on the other side.

3.

Once cooked well, remove from the pan and serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables, if desired.
