METHOD

1.

Process the coconut oil, cacao, tahini, maple syrup and salt in a blender until smooth.

2.

Spoon mixture into a large bowl, add the coconut and buckwheat and stir to combine.

3.

Spoon into patty cases and refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.

4.

Enjoy -- great for lunch boxes and for parties.
