METHOD

Place the coconut flour, shredded coconut, water and coconut milk into a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer whilst stirring, until all the liquid has been absorbed.

2.

Dish out into serving bowls and top with the sliced banana, coconut flakes, a drizzle of honey and fresh berries, as desired (optional).
