Chicken, soba noodle soup
- turmeric 2 teaspoon
- diced pumpkin 2 cups
- left over roast chicken, chopped 3 cups
- chopped broccoli 3 cups
- chicken broth 2 litres
- 100% buckwheat soba noodles 125 grams
- tamari 2 tablespoons
- Coriander to serve

Saute onion, celery, garlic and ginger over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Add pumpkin, turmeric and salt and cook for a couple more minutes.
Add broth and bring to the boil, then turn down to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the chicken, broccoli, soba noodles and tamari and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Top with freshly chopped coriander
