INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup fortified Almond milk
  • 2 table spoons chia seeds
  • a drizzle honey
  • 2 table spoons granola
  • 1 fruit of your choice

METHOD

1.

Combine the milk and chia seeds together and stir well. Cover the bowl and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

2.

When the mixture has set, scoop half of it into a bowl or cup.

3.

Layer all the granola on top.

4.

Scoop the rest of the chia seeds/milk mixture to the bowl/cup. Finish off with topping it with your childs favourite fruit.
