METHOD

1.

Pre Heat oven to 180 degrees

2.

Cut the potatoes into long sticks and place into a ziplock bag with olive oil, paprika and salt and shake to coat.

3.

Place fries onto oven tray, leaving space between fries.

4.

Cook for about 15 minutes.

5.

Once cool, place into a bowl and sprinkle your Kakadu Plum Powder on top.
