METHOD

1.

Place avocado, banana, cacao, vanilla extract, dates and salt into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

2.

Add a splash of water, coconut water or almond milk and blend again.

3.

Divide mixture amongst serving glasses layering with fresh strawberries finishing with the chocolate mousse.

4.

Sprinkle with cacao nibs.

5.

Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
