1.

Combine diced pineapple, mango and banana in a medium-sized bowl

2.

In two clear, tall glasses, layer ingredients beginning with a spoonful of combined fruit, a spoonful of yogurt and a sprinkle of coconut

3.

Repeat layers until each glass is nicely full and finish with a sprinkle of coconut

4.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
