Childhood fatigue can be the result of a demanding schedule (school, extra curricular activities, home duties), inadequate sleep or hunger. If addressing these issues does not resolve the fatigue, consult your Doctor to check there are no underlying medical causes. Ensure the child is eating protein at every meal. 1g of protein for every kilo of body weight.
